IMPERIAL HIGHWAY & PIONEER BOULEVARD PROJECT – Week of October 9, 2016

Construction crews are clearing vegetation, forming retaining walls, and moving construction equipment along Spry Street and Arlee Avenue. This work will be performed weekdays between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and will be ongoing for approximately three months. Residents are advised to take precautions to ensure pedestrian and roadway safety. Please be advised, work may be noisy due to construction equipment moving on- and off-site, truck back-up alarms, and other construction related noise.

Retaining wall work adjacent to northbound I-5, near Norwalk Boulevard, will be ongoing for the next couple of weeks. This work will be conducted Monday through Friday, between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.

In order to install directional signage, construction crews will close eastbound Norwalk Boulevard. Work will be conducted Monday through Friday, between 8:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

As crews work on Imperial Highway, Norwalk Boulevard and Pioneer Boulevard bridges at I-5, one lane in each direction will be closed on each street (at I-5) during the daytime, between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m.
